How it works
You pay. We hold the money. You check the account.
HardestLevel sits between the buyer and the seller. The seller is paid only after you have had time to check what you bought — and the warranty keeps covering you after that.
- 1
Pay — the money goes into escrow
You pay for the listing and the payment is held by us, not by the seller. Nothing is released while you are checking the account.
- 2
Receive the account
The seller hands over the login details on your order page. The deadline is 24 hours from payment unless the listing states a different one. If it passes, the order goes to a support agent automatically.
- 3
Check it within 72 hours
Log in, compare the account with the listing, then secure it: change the password and the email, remove other people's devices and links. Confirm receipt when you are happy — or open a dispute if something is wrong.

Covered for 30 days
If you lose access through no fault of your own — for example, the original owner recovers the account — the warranty covers you for 30 days after the deal closes. A lifetime warranty can be added at checkout.
Questions buyers ask
What happens if the login does not work?
Open a dispute from your order page within the 72-hour inspection window. A support agent decides within 24 hours, and an approved refund is sent within 72 hours of the decision.
Can the seller take the account back?
That is exactly what the warranty is for. Secure the account as soon as you receive it — password, email, linked logins — and if the previous owner still recovers it within the warranty period, you get a replacement or a refund.
Is buying a game account allowed by the publishers?
Most publishers' terms forbid transferring accounts, and a publisher can act on that. Escrow and the warranty protect the handover; they cannot reverse a publisher's decision. Read the game's rules before you buy.
Where does a refund go?
Back to the payment details you used — the same card, the same SBP account, or the same cryptocurrency and network to the wallet you name.
The binding terms are in the Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
